1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in damaged condition, is incorrect, or has passed its expiration date. We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and food safety reasons. The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team through email or phone with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process if it’s eligible.
3. Return Approval Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed for return shipping. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. In case of prepaid orders, partial or full refunds may be offered depending on the situation. No exchange and replacement is accepted. Please return the product and make fresh order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that are opened, used, or requested for return after 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Perishable goods like fresh flour, ghee, and oils cannot be returned unless damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing your order to ensure timely delivery. For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business day
